Playcat Mansion II (formerly Bemisu of Texas) is owned and managed by Jenny Kochiss and is located in the Sarasota, Florida area.  So far, we are a very, very small operation and pride ourselves greatly on providing beautiful, well socialized babies to excellent pet homes.  Jenny is an experienced veterinary technician, has been involved with the sphynx breed for over 10 years, and is committed to ensuring that her babies receive the best possible preventative medical care available.  She works closely with her network of veterinarians to ensure that all babies arrive at their new homes current on vaccines, dewormings, and are safely spayed or neutered and microchipped.  All adult cats are screened on a yearly basis for cardiac disease.  Her babies are also accustomed to dogs, other cats, and the noises of a busy household!  Her cats are raised in the house, under feet, in the bed, and are NEVER caged. 




Jenny also shares her home with Purrfantasy Sateen of The Mansion.  Sateen is in charge of putting the kittens in their place and teaching them their manners, and she is quite good at her job!  Sateen is retired from a prosperous breeding and show career, and has decided that it is her duty to keep Jenny’s bed warm for her.  She takes this duty VERY seriously!

Meet Kitnhuyse White Diamonds of The Mansion, aka Venus!  Venus is the matriarch of the Mansion of Texas family.  She is Jenny’s first Sphynx and has long been retired from a successful breeding and show career.  Now she rules over her little domain and Jenny is fortunate that Venus lets her live in the house!
